In October 2014, Roast Restaurant launched its 2nd Edition of Roast London Dry Gin, which is exclusively distilled at the Thames Distillers in Greenwich, London that is owned and run by master distiller Charles Maxwell, whose family has been in the distillery business since the 17th century. The specially handcrafted London Dry Gin offers a high strength of 46% gin, infused with an incredible blend of rich botanicals including, juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica root and savory.

Roast approached us to redesign the bottle packaging to evoke more of a connection with the newly refreshed Roast Restaurant brand as well as bring the restaurant's passion for the finest seasonal and local produce and suppliers to the fore. Partnering the natural wood texture with a copper foil helped to convey a sense of rustic elegance, and is a nod to the copper stills that are used to craft this distinctive gin.
